we know too much is the right amount,

i'm all about this weather,
these warmish shortish days,
the hard styles,
the longish colder and colder and colder nights,
the rough patches,
and the blurry edges of one day bleeding over into the next.
it's been a spellbinding falafel fusilade fading the rest of my real life
into subtle, indistinguishable background noise,
and then elite treats bringing me back to the world in the morning.
i make the most of what time i think i've got,
and i make a mess of my kitchen,
but also,
i make it look good,
considering how good-lookin' i'm not.
rules are rules, though, and you know the old saw-
stay ugly, stay dope.
so don't sleep on that loud, fresh, hardness y'all.
