yeah!
when you make exxxtra sauce,
and you have exxxtra pasta dough,
y'gotta fire up a whole new 'nother batch of the big action.
too much is the right amount after all.
it's not really leftovers, y'know?
i had to make the pasta again,
and i added a whole bunch of spinach to the mix.
(and the tempeh sazzagez from the day before were already IN the sauce)

i mean,
very nearly everything is better with a few spranks.
that dusty nootch really brought a level of flavor to this plate i was not expecting.
and i had pretty high expectations.
spinach? yeah, man.
green leafies are your friend, and i needed a friend.
it's barely any more work to make more than you need,
and have a whole new, but very familiar dinner all over again.
double it.
if some is good, and more is better? double it.
then you've got something that resembles enough.
y'know?

so i always do sh!t while i'm at work.
...but i'm taking these deadbeats Off The List,
and replacing them with worthy clients.
i like the good ones, a lot.
and i'm giving them preferential treatment, too.
that's right.
good clients and good ideas aren't always the same, but i'm a huge fan of both.
