the 'ZONE!

sourdough pizza crust, well-risen,
and extra stretchy.
yep.
that's the first step to getting in the 'ZONE.
hand-tossed and laid out, ready and waiting for what's up next.
and just what's up next?
underchee'.
boom.
that's the stuff you need when you're going big, and gettin' busy,
and making moves that will enact some dinnerly magic.
y'know?
i'm sayin',
the underchee' is key.
always.
firm tofu, and cashews,
nootch, molto garlic cloves, cayenne, g.p.o.p., olive oil, salt, and pepper,
mooshed and smooshed and squished together into a veganic cheesy doppleganger
of all that is gooey and great.
ok.
so, underchee' is clearly in full effect-
but what else is going on?
lemon-braised brussels sprouts?
yup.
bricks of vaguely bacon-style simulacrum?
yuup.
sauteed baby spinach?
yuuup.
caramelized vidalia and red onions?
yuuuup.
duders,
all that, and then some, all in one place,
to make sure the 'ZONE is one hundred percent operational.
mmmhmmmm.
check the calZONE-type teleport:
wordimus prime, princess!.
parsley by the punch, in all available curly crisp freshness,
added a respite from the heavy hand of those olive oily innards.
really, though, it tastes so clean on my mouthpiece.
and daiya(rrhea) chee' made itself useful,
stretching out and melting down,
and keeping it so real, despite being so remarkably fake.
....is that weird?
i dunno.
also,
i might've rubbed some earth balanced butterishness on the tops,
to brown 'em up just a little tiny bit.
y'know what that did, don't you?
correct!
it made 'em even MORE expert!!
teleport:
c'mon!
crispy outsides,
chewy gooey inner pieces,
and a side of tomato-type pizza-style sauce?
it's never just a simple something.
it can't be.
too much is the right amount,
and ordinary is not something i'm interested in.
not even once, and not even kinda.
real talk.
four hundred and fifty one fahrenheit degrees, y'all.
i'm burning the book on this one.
or,
i'm writing it in hot fire.
or maybe both, and neither.
certainly, i ate the holy living sh!t outta that tasty treat, though.
turns out, fold-over pizza party time is a good time to have.
i'm in the 'ZONE, friends,
and there are few better places to be;
never quiet, never soft.....
