pump-up jumpy.

pepitas!
that's that seedy side of squash-type sh!t.
i doo-doo that, duders,
and i toast 'em while i'm at it.
yup!
pumpkin seeds are probably good for you,
and i hope that's a thing,
because i added 'em into, and onto, my latest pumplicious baked greatness.
mmhmmm.
neighbors,
check the loaves-of-love-type teleport:
baby pumpkin bread bars?!??!!?!
YEAH!!
pumpkin batter, like, imagine banana-style, but orange instead of yellow.
yummmmm.
now,
add in toasted coconut in one heavy handful,
and a whole mess of oil-released heat-treated fully-activated crawnchy seed jauns.
and then fire up a second tier of all the fall spices,
expert, right?
but wait,
there's MORE.
in a pot, off to the side,
whisk up some vanilla bean paste, and some confectioners sugar,
a big ol' blop of pumpkin puree, an equivalent scoople of vegan creamchee',
and some maple syrup and cinnamon,
then stir in a scoop of flour,
and spread that warm pie-ish plump pulp down the center of each rectangle of
wrecked, tangled treatsy temptation.
.
what do we call that?
F*ing RAD is what we call that.
...truth.
.
and just to guarantee that it clearly goes all the way to eleven-
i had to activate a tip-top finishing move,
and i blasted a batch of toasted coconut and pumpkin seed sprankles on 'em.
too much is the right amount,
and exxxtra is forever better than not enough.
MORE hottness,
MORE levels of flavor,
MORE of all that's great about october.
yes.
that's that grown-up adult business.
mature flavors,
balanced textures,
moisture from the bites to your bits,
and all of it right there, for your enjoyment.
i know what's good.
i also know what isn't.
......so i make the good, and discard and disregard the rest.
for real,
i only want delightful treats.
if you want worse ones,
go elsewhere, with the secure knowledge that you're very likely an A*-hole.
word up.
pumpkin treats are dope.
and the more of that there is,
the better every day will be.
i'm doing what needs doing,
and that includes improving this entire month through direct active participation.
we've got a job to do,
and this is it;
never quiet, never soft.....
