i got it.
yeah.
finally.
a dutchman's pipe!!!
neighbors,
six(?) years ago,
i planted this big bowl of hottness in my luxurious sunroom.
every year since,
it's grown and twined and generally impressed us all with leafy goodness,
and twisty tendrils,
and all sorts of space-takin'-uppery......
but this is the very first time the sunovab!tch has had a bloom.
check the pipey-type teleport:
worth the wait?
fo a two inch bendy green dinosaur tube?
hell yes.
you know how it is, man-
nature wins.
and this one is a big deal.
i've been waiting like half a decade to see this sh!t.
i guess that's the lesson, right?
you don't get what you want right away,
and sometimes,
when you get it,
it's almost overlookable!
hard styles, man.
that's what i rep.
also,
this:
crabtree does't want to walk when it's hot out.
nope.
not one single step.
...and he won't.
there's a lot of dragging that happens about halfway along our walk.
mmhmm.
happily,
the halfway point is well away from anybody watching,
so our daily contest of wills takes place beyond the ken
of prying eyes and public opinion.
the benefit of having access to one hundred percent of the treats
is that the upper hand always rests with the opposable thumbs,
and not the recalcitrant oppositional canine preferences.
treats are universally the master key to cooperation, kids.
remember that when you're not sure if you wanna bake a cake or not,.
real talk.
-
i'm excited about all the plants in the Folk Life & Liberty Fortress.
the ivy is cascading in every direction,
the mother-in-laws' tongues are spearing upwards alacritously,
the spider plants are producing air babies everywhere,
and everything else is blooming and blossoming inside,
while the outdoors are finally fully engaged in some serious outward expansion.
the woodsly goodness is a great place to be,
when you like being by yourself.
...or with your dog, i guess.
we've got miles to cover before i go to work,
and i s'pose now is as good a time as any;
never quiet, never soft.....
