PIIIIIIIIIIIZZZZZZZZZAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

pizza party for one?
don't mind if i do!
after all,
what else can one do on friday the thirteenth
to stay lucky, and stay frosty, and keep it real, and keep it fresh?
duh.
there's only ever one answer to that:
just be dope, or F* right off.
yup.
rules is rules, always .
and the numero uno way to dominate a doo-doo buttery rainy evening?
yes.
and you'd better believe it-
PEE EYE ZEE ZEE AYY!!!
four pizzas for my fat F*ing face,
in a row, hit after hit after hit after hit.
check the teleport:

WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
i got that PMA.
hahaha.
what?
yeah, positive mental attitude, sure,
but also, that Pizza 'Molishing Appetite!!!
the dough had the yogurt in it,
and it rose to the occasion, and then it rose some more.
i also went molto heavy on the semolina, just to see what'd happen.
turns out,
it gets a bit breadier than you might initially guess.
good, certainly, but not the high-intensity flattie i predicted.
and that was after adding in gluten to give it a resilient stretch.
i'm about that pizza life, and i will not be daunted nor deterred, duders.
no way.
so,
the dough was dope
that just left the toppings to stay up and rep the eleven on thirteen sh!t.
really.
for the record, i think i did alright:

broccoli, and heirloom tomatoes, with caramelized vidalia onion,
on an underchee', crushed tomato, and daiya mozzerella base.
i think the baking situation on this one worked the best.
the leoparding on the crust, the overall tooth to the bottom,
the lightness of the toppings.
there was a lot going on, for a small circle,
but it worked, and i ate the heck out of it.
next up, i went in a totally different direction:

pesto!!
parsley and basil, almonds and nootch, and a ton of garlic and olive oil,
spread very thick on that dough,
and covered with fresh-whipped creamy chase-garlic burrata-be-kiddin' me chee',
thinly sliced tomatoes, onions, and sweet peppers,
all melded into one brutally tasty pie.
a solid entry, for sure, and one i'd eat again.
three is a magic number,
and this third one was pretty much a magical number itself:

seared mushrooms, and house-blend custom pepperoni!!!
the new smoked paprika i got is the business, neighbors.
all the flavor, twice the red, and just enough heat to pump up the jams, y'feel me?
mmmmmmm.
underchee', daiya, and cashew-garlic jauns?
hell yeah.
plus, those basil leaves are there, too,
to safely take it to the sweet spot in my mouth.
friends,
pizza is the best part.
for real.
all the best people are pizza people.
that's no joke.
oh, and another thing-
too much is the right amount.
uh-huh.
so i closed out the evening with one MORE.
for the final pie.
i went very light, with a bit of bitterness, and butteriness,
to accurately represent the feeling i get at the end of a pizza party:

c'mon.
augula, spinach, onion, and parsley sprankles.
expert.
fresh cashew chee' only on the bottom, before the sauce.
(it had to happen; i ran out of underchee'),
and the last of the daiya mozzarella, too.
i closed out the ingredients,
and the chee',
and that's what i call a perfect ending.
there wasn't anything left to make pizza out of,
so the party came to a end.
and by party, i mean,
me and crabtree hanging out
in the Folk Life & Liberty Fortress test kitchen,
high-fivin' for treats,
and taking floor-naps in between pizzas.
ha.
that's no joke.
eleven minutes per pizza,
but only five to eat each one.
i mean,
you KNOW i'm no chumpy bumpkin about my pie scene.
i do it loud, fresh, and hard, and my face sharkbites it's way from point to crust
in three bites max.
that's how it works,
and that's the way it is.
***********
i might be a bit obsessive,
but.
all the best ones have to be.
i mean, casual dabbling is great....
...if you never want to reach omega-level.
however,
my warrior poets, my lightning-strking vikings,
my berserker barbarian battle-bards and beasts,
and all the scalding skalds who document really real life already know
that's not the way to dominate all the dopeness every day.
the objective here is MORE, and more often.
that's the secret.
my true friends and fresh-to-death food-heads
are all already on board the juggernaut of live-wires hot fires by now.
of course, if you're new here, and a little late to the game,
you have just received the password.
welcome to the club.
climb aboard, and let's go do a LOT of everything;
never quiet, never soft.....
