what's up, dudes-
i have been steady munchin' up a whole mess of chocolate cake.
(i wasn't sure if you caught on to what i was hinting at.)
check the teleport:
holy sh!t, neighbors-
when it's cake time,
i think i might actually be summoning the spirit and memory
of some sort of cocoa-beany barbarian shaman from the future or somethin'.
i mean, really.
the inside cakey super-hottness in this one was off the charts.
....not that i keep charts.
what made it so tasty?
if i HAD to guess,
i'd say it was because i had some chocolate graham crackery
buttery crumble jauns left over from a whole other other 'nother project-
and instead of just tossing them, or worse,
putting them in the fridge under the false pretense of using them later,
which is just a lazy way of throwing them out....eventually;
i immediately tossed the whole tray into the mixer,
with butts and sugar and what-have-you,
and made a little something totally expert.
i did this, to make that:
1 cup of butter-and-soymilk-softened chocolate graham cracker crumble
1 stick non-dairy butter
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of coconut yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking kapowpow,
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/3 cups of flour
1/3 cup tapioca
1.2 cup plus 2 T cocoa
and a cup of non-dairy milk.
the usual- 350F, 30ish minutes,
and the big action came out pretty fresh.
when it's cool,
y'gotta hook it up.
chocolate shavin' sprankles.
that's how to take it to eleven.
you just keep putting MORE on there,
until there's waaaaay too much.
then it's the right amount.
rules is rules.
y'gotta do the nicey-nice,
otherwise you're an A*-hole.
it's a treat.
in my opinion,
it's also a g-darned necessity.
i make the goods,
i bake the greats,
i share 'em,
i share how to make 'em,
and i do it all because i give a sh!t about you guys.
i hope you enjoy it all as much as i do;
never quiet, never soft.....
